On the way to Schiphol again

Quarter past six in the morning. We are on the train. The cab driver had some trouble with the clock and was not very talkative at first. But when he found us amusing he turned out to have whole stories.

Now we are on the train. But in the rush we walked into the silence compartment which resulted in us sitting in 1st class with a pile of suitcases, mouse quiet. Hence I am writing this and not croaking into a camera.

Anyway. On my way to Schiphol Airport, then. Only this time not to go to work in the big building of Royal Schiphol Group, but for vacation. A real, far away, great people's vacation with the love of my life. Now it is no longer almost... Now we are on our way!!!

So now it has really started!!! Our dream trip. After a few beautiful but also turbulent years, this must be it. Our moment to catch our breath and live a wonderful adventure together.

We both notice that we miss our girls and that we would have loved to give them a big kiss. And at the same time, we know they are having a great time where they are now.

All the more reason to make great memories that we can all tell each other about soon. I'm sure that will be fantastic!
